Sealing machine common troubleshooting

1, only turn no pressure: check whether the cursor is too far away from the induction light, adjust the distance; Check the sensor on the right side of the sealer to ensure that the light is on when the power is on, and the black rectangular cursor on the film can be blocked by the sensor to complete the sealing cup.

2, the mouth of the cup is not sealed, there is leakage: turn off the power, wait for the upper die pressure plate to return to normal temperature, wipe the inside with a towel; Adjust the film to ensure smooth stretch, reinstall the film; Clean the rim of the cup and re-seal it.

3, the cup film incision is uneven, cutting constantly: cleaning teeth knife, check whether it needs to be repaired or replaced; Check the back panel of the sealing machine, and re-fix the screws at the connection point of the motor gearbox and the shaft rod to ensure anastomoses; If the problem remains, it may be that the main motor carbon brush is seriously worn, and the same type of carbon brush needs to be replaced.

4. There is obvious noise when sealing: turn off the power and wait for the normal temperature to return; Remove the top cover and check the source of noise; Lubricate the area that makes the noise.

5. The sealing machine is unstable: check whether the valve stem connection part of the motor and the transmission connection part are off or loose; Check the wear of the motor carbon brush and replace it if necessary.
